Order Processing

Generally, all orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or promotions, this time may be slightly extended. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

 

Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

• Islands (Azores and Madeira): Information regarding delivery times will be available soon.

• Other European Countries: We are working on expanding deliveries to more European countries. Once we have details about the delivery times, we will update this section.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for purchases over €100. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code, allowing you to track the shipment directly on the CTT website. If you don't receive the tracking code or encounter difficulties tracking your order, please contact us.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For information on returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Return Policy. We accept returns within 30 days, as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In case of an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge after the return is approved.
