Order Processing

Generally, all orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or promotions, this time may be slightly extended. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

 

Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

• Islands (Azores and Madeira): Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days after shipment.

• Other European Countries: Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days after shipment.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for purchases over €150 in Porugal and over €300 across Europe. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code, allowing you to track the shipment directly on the CTT website. If you don't receive the tracking code or encounter difficulties tracking your order, please contact us at hello@salisclub.com.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For information on returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Return Policy. We accept returns within 30 days, as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In case of an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge after the return is approved.
