Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with the original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can do so through our returns portal.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with information on how to ship the item and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the store.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn bikinis or those without the intact hygienic protection.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers/cards.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your bikini for a different size or style, you can return the item and, after the return is accepted, you will receive the new product free of charge. The return shipping is still the responsibility of the customer.

 

EU 14-day Cancellation Period

Regardless of the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, for any reason and without providing a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with the original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
