SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on:

  • Orders over €150 within Portugal
  • Orders over €300 to all other European Union countries

If the minimum order value is not reached, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 2–3 business days
  • European Union: 4–5 business days

Delivery times begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
  • We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or courier strikes, minor delays may occur that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
