SALIS was born from a simple belief: comfort should never be a compromise.

We create swimwear that adapts to your body, not the other way around. Our signature one-size Crinkle fabric naturally adjusts to different body shapes, providing a comfortable fit without squeezing, digging into your skin, or restricting movement. The result is effortless swimwear that's easy to wear, moves with your body, and stays comfortable all day long.

Founded by fashion designer Vânia Reis, SALIS brings together more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry with the expertise of a Portuguese family-owned factory that has been producing premium textiles for over 50 years.

Every SALIS piece is designed and made in Portugal, with the entire production process taking place within a 50-kilometre radius, from knitting our signature fabric to the final garment. This close production model allows us to oversee every stage of the process, maintain exceptional quality standards, reduce transportation-related environmental impact, and preserve the craftsmanship of the Portuguese textile industry.
