At Salis, we want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. We know that sometimes choices don’t live up to expectations — and that’s perfectly okay. That’s why we’re here to offer exchanges, returns, or store credit, as needed.
DEADLINE
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return through our returns portal.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
Items must be in resale condition:
- Clean and unworn/unwashed
- Tags still attached
- In original packaging
Used, damaged, altered items or those without the hygienic liner (in the case of swimwear) will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are completely free, and we cover the shipping of the new item.
- If you exchange for a lower-priced item, you’ll receive a store credit for the difference, valid for 1 year.
- If you exchange for a higher-priced item, you’ll simply pay the difference.
- For exchanges outside the EU, Salis is not responsible for customs fees or delays — these are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS
Returned items can be refunded or converted into store credit — your choice.
- Return shipping is completely free.
- Items shipped from outside the EU may incur customs charges or delays, for which Salis is not responsible.
PROCESSING
Once we receive the returned items at our facility, we’ll ship your new item (for exchanges) within up to 5 business days.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Swimwear: We only accept returns or exchanges of swimwear with the hygienic liner intact. Please don’t remove it unless you’re sure you’ll keep the product.
- Packaging: Make sure to return the fabric pouches or bags sent with your order if applicable.
